Publico Quickie: They were hailed as the Grand Prize Winner of the first Pasiklaband ‘06. PUBLICO is the official representative of University of Santo Tomas and the only band from Metro Manila who made it to the Grand Finals of Nescafe Soundskool 2006 held last Nov 2006 at the N. Aquino Stadium.
